This report describes the efficacy of the MCITM (multi-cluster ionization) on microbial flora (bacteria) within an environmental test chamber (ETC) under laboratory conditions. The assessment was completed on January 12, 2021, at the request of Doug Hoffman from Best Living System, LLC. The assays performed in this study have evaluated the antimicrobial efficacy of the above said device against Staphylococcus aureus (bacteria) after aerosolizing it.

Ten of the most deadly forms of mold, fungi, bacteria and virus were subjected to a new and innovative Photocatalytic Reactor. These nine organisms were placed on a piece of stainless steel inside a test chamber and the PCO cell was turned on for 24 hours. The human SARS-CoV-2 isolate USA-WA1/2020 was inoculated onto 20 stainless steel coupons as 10s plaque forming units (PFU) in 0.1ml. The viral inoculum was allowed to dry onto each coupon.
